#dussehra Aloo crispies is wonderful recipe can be served as starter,snacks and dry vegetable in main course.use singhada flour and senda namak,if served in vrat.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel & prick the potatoesApply Sendha namak(salt)and keep aside for 10 minute.Add corn flour or singhada flour and mix well.

* Step 2

Heat the oil and deep fry the potatoes on a slow flame until the potatoes become soft not brown take out from the oil.

* Step 3

Place each potato on a flat surface & press slightly with a palm of the hand to flatten it without breaking.

* Step 4

Just before serving reheat the oil & deep fry the potatoes until crisp & golden brown Remove from the oil and keep on paper towel in a broad flat dish.

* Step 5

Mix together all the dry spices (red chilli powder, mint powder, & mango powder) and toss the potatoes from both sides in this spice mix immediately. Check the salt add as required.

* Step 6

To serve as snack arrange on a serving platter, garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies & serve hot.
