Homemade Ghugni

#week3of5.Today i have prepared ghugni in home as no junk snacks/starters.

Ingredient

Food ration :

For 2 people

150 gm

yellow peas

2 cup

water

1 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first,boil the yellow peas with salt

* Step 2

Cut the potato and tomato in medium size

Put oil in pan with cumin seeds,asafoetida and dry chilli

* Step 4

Add tomato, potato in pan and saute

Next,add the yellow peas in pan and mix with all masala and paste

Then,add water and boil

* Step 7

Make a curry and serve with puffed rice
