Zucchini & Parmesan Salad
This salad is easy, quick, delicious and makes a very good impression! :D
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, cut the edges off ans cut the zucchina in half.
* Step 2
Slice it very finely (I use a potato peeler for this)
* Step 3
Slice finely or grate the parmesan cheese
* Step 4
Lay the slice zucchini on a plate, and spread the parmesan cheese on top of it.
* Step 5
Now let's prepare the salad seasoning.
* Step 6
Mix the Balsamic Vinegar, salt and pepper together. Mix it well to dissolve the salt.
* Step 7
Add the olive oil and mix it again.
* Step 8
Spread it over the salad and your Zucchini & Parmesan Cheese salad is ready! :D
