Fried Rice with Sushi
Sushi is one of the most famous Japanese foods. It looks beautiful and it's very fresh, healthy. After you enjoy the fresh sushi, why don't you arrange to fried-rice with a little seasoning? I used gochujang and soy sauce as seasoning in this recipe to provide good flavor and hot spiciness. You can also try some seasonings you like.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium~high heat.
* Step 2
Add all sushi and stir fry by crushing the sushi and mixing with a rubber spatula.
* Step 3
Add gochujang and sesame oil and keep stir frying well until the rice is dry and fluffy.
* Step 4
To finish it off, pour soy sauce from the edge of the pan to inside of it. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the chopped Japanese leek (optional)
