Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add half kg chana daal and keep to soaked overnight. In the morning drain the water.
* Step 2
Grind the whole chana daal, ginger, garlic, green chili in to grinder and make smooth paste.
* Step 3
Then add Onion slice, Coriander leaves, Green chili chopped, Baisen, Salt, Ajwain, Baking Soda,
* Step 4
Red chili powder, Coriander crush, Cumin see and black pepper powder, White zeera, Red Chili crushed,
* Step 5
Then mix all the ingredients.
Then make round flat shape.
* Step 6
Then make Deep fry in Oil until it become brown.
