Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cream butter and sugar until sugar has dissolved
* Step 2
Add 4 egg yolks and 2 eggs, mix well
* Step 3
Add the flour and mix well until a dough is formed,
Refrigerate the dough for about 30 min or until you can work the dough
* Step 4
Whisk the remaining eggs with 120g sugar
Add the cornflour and mix well
* Step 5
Heat milk and add to the egg mixture
cook on low heat until thick
* Step 7
Roll out the dough 1/2 cm thick.
Cut 2 circles the size of the pan
* Step 8
Place 1 circle of dough at the bottom of the pan, add the cooled cream over the dough and cover with the other circle of dough.
* Step 9
Brush the top with beaten egg yolk
* Step 10
Bake at 190C for 35-40 mins.
