Homemade bread with beef cutlets and watercress salad

Ingredient

5 1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/3 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

oil

1 packet

yeast

2 cups

warm water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To a mixing bowl add sugar, yeast and water. Mix and leave in a warm place for 10 mins.

* Step 2

Add oil, butter, eggs and salt to yeast mixture and mix well.

* Step 3

Add the flour and knead well untill soft and elastic. Leave to proof for about 1~2 hours.

* Step 4

Knock back the dough and shape as you wish. Leave to rise for about 30~40 mins

* Step 5

When dough has double in size, brush with egg wash.

* Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25 mins
