Ingredient

garam masala

2 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the dal for half an hour. take a cooker add ghee in it when it hot add vadi and fry till golden from all sides u can break it into two pieces.

* Step 2

Now add water 2/1/2 cup add dal, asodetida salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste cover it and give 3 whistle to it.

* Step 3

After steam realeses itself open the lid carefully and if need water add hotwater in it

* Step 4

Now take another pan heat 1 tbs ghee add cumin seeds when crackle add tomatoesand stir till soft or leave the ghee now add red chilly and off the gas.

* Step 5

Now pourthe tadka in it add garam masala and coriander leaves consistency u can adjust by adding more or less. As u needed.

* Step 6

Enjoy this vadi moong dal with roti prantha or rice it is very tasty family will enjoy this.
