Onion fritters in a unique way

#rain21 Monsoon has come and sometimes in rainy day every body deamands pakodas with chai it is reality in every one house chai and pakoda is must that no oil or oilfree in someone's house they bake and like to eat steamed pakodas.

Ingredient

Food ration :

25minutes
5 tbsp

gram flour

Pinch

asofetida

1/4 tsp

carom seeds

as per taste

Salt

1/4 tsp

garam masala

1/2 tsp

Redchilly

1/4 tsp

Chaat masala

1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take boiled potatoes (in cooker whistle 4 is enough).

* Step 2

Take 2 tsp of oil add cumin and wait when crackle add chopped onion chilli and curry leaves.asofetida and carom seeds

* Step 3

Add mashed potatoes salt turmeric powder garam masala and cook for 2minutes add chopped coarider leaves.

Now take onion cut into halves and oppenthe all layers of onion

Now fill potao mixture in one side and cover with another side that is little small you can see in the pic.

Now make a paste of gramflour not too thick not thin by adding salt asofetida tuemeric garam masala baking soda mix well just nicely coat onthe onion.

The left ovwr batter I add chopped one handful of onion chilli curry leaves add in the gram flour adjust salt and chilli make fritters with the hand or spoon fry till goden brown.place on tissue paper.

* Step 8

Serve it Both fritters are yummy with tomato sauce and tamarind or green chutney and enjoy in the rainy climate with chai wonderful combination.
