I tried paneer manjurian in restaurant style it came out delicious every one like it but I did not use vinegar because all sauces have vinegar in it so my policy is not to use vinegar especially. So let's see.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First make batter with refined flourand cornflour by adding salt and pepper and make a paste to dip paneer.
* Step 2
Take 2 cup oil in a wok andheat it and fry till golden brown and keep aside.
* Step 3
Now take 2 tsp of oil in a pan heat it addgarlic ginger chopped saute for a minute add onion saute for a minute.. In the meanwhile make a slurry of cornflour
* Step 4
Add all sauses in a pan and add liitle salt and pepper add slurry and give to a boil it makes shiny and thick add panerr in it and coat it well.
* Step 5
Add coriander leaves or green onion chopped and switch of the gas serve with noodle, naan and roti and enjoy this yummy dish.
