Mawa

3/4 cup

milkmade

1/2 tsp

baking soda

1/2 cup

milk

1/2 cup

ghee

As required

Few dry fruits

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix ghee,Mawa,milk made in a bowl with a whisker.

* Step 2

Sift all purpose flour,baking soda,baking powder into the bowl and mix it in cut and fold method.

* Step 3

Add essence,milk and prepare a semi thick consistency.

* Step 4

Fill 3/4 th cup of muffin case with batter.garnish with dry fruits and bake in preheated oven for 35 min at 180 degree..

* Step 5

Ready to serve Parsi Mawa muffins
