Carrot Oatmeal Muffins with flax seeds

This Oatmeal Muffins are excellent delicious snack or breakfast recipe for those want to shed weight and be healthy. These muffins have all goodness of healthy low calorie ingredients .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl pour coconut or almond milk.
* Step 2
Into that add egg, olive or coconut oil, vanilla essence, honey(optional), cinnamon powder.
* Step 3
Mix well with a hand mixer.
* Step 4
Add oats and grated carrot.
* Step 5
Mix well to combine and then add raisins.
* Step 6
Toast flax seeds in a pan until they crackle.
* Step 7
Add these toasted seeds to the oat mixture.
* Step 8
Mix again with a spatula.
* Step 9
Pre heat oven at 180 degree Centigrade for 10 minutes.
* Step 10
Line a muffin tray with greased muffin liners.
* Step 11
Fill 2/3rd of each mould with the mixture.
* Step 12
Sprinkle some more raisins and flax seeds.
* Step 13
Bake them for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
* Step 14
When baked completely take out from the oven.
* Step 15
Keep aside for sometime to cool.
* Step 16
Take out from muffin tray and enjoy as snack or even as breakfast.
