How to make homemade yeast water from pear
Homemade yeast water is very useful. I bake bread, pancake, pound cake, also marinate any meat. And my favorite one is making drink! This time I used the pear, but you can use any kind of fruits or vegetable.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Day 1: Mix all ingredients and leave warm place.
* Step 3
Day 2 or 3 (sometimes it takes more than 5 days): The bubbles shows up! It's fermenting.
* Step 5
Open lid and shake it. And close lid again. (You need to do every day.)
* Step 6
Day 3 or 4 (sometimes it takes more than 1 week): Stop to forming, and sweet alcohol smell. It's mean the yeast water is ready.
* Step 7
Strain the yeast water, and put back it into container.
* Step 8
Put it in the fridge to rest.
