Mushroom Biryani

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak basmati rice for 30mins. Slice mushrooms.
* Step 2
In a pressure cooker or in heavy bottom pan heat oil and ghee on medium flame. Add the whole garam masala, saute for 30 seconds. Add sliced onions and saute until translucent.
* Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes away. Add slit green chilies, chopped coriander and mint leaves. Saute for 30 seconds.
* Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes, salt and cook until soft. Add spice powders and saute for a minute.
* Step 5
Add chopped mushrooms, mix well and cook until mushrooms are done. Add coconut milk, 1 and 1/2 cup water and let it come to a boil.
* Step 6
Check for salt and add the drained rice and let it cook until water is absorbed. Cover the lid and put it on dum for 10 mins.
* Step 7
Switch off the flame and let it rest for 10 mins. Fluff the rice carefully and mix.
* Step 8
Serve hot Mushroom biryani along with your favorite raita.
