Quick and easy recipe of yummy and creamy egg mayonnaise salad sandwich. This can be prepared in few minutes on busy mornings and tastes very delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the eggs for 10 mins and let it cool for 10 mins. Roughly chop the eggs and take it in a bowl.
* Step 2
Slit the buns and toast them on tawa with butter.
* Step 3
Chop 1 lettuce leaves and add it to the bowl along with chopped spring onion, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well.
* Step 4
Place 1 lettuce leaves in each bread roll and fill with egg salad. Serve immediately or wrap it in sandwich paper for kids box.
