This is #Persian style beautiful Saffron Sherbet Syrup
You can add just water and have it or add it to your Lassi, Lemonade, ice cream, etc.
You can strain and preserve it in a glass bottle but I don't, I like the saffron and rose petals to infuse their aroma and flavor more into the Sherbet.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan put sugar, saffron, and rose petals and add water to it, let the saffron steep in it for an hour. Then put on the flame and start heating it, let the sugar melt then add the lemon juice and let the syrup boil and simmer till it becomes sticky type but does not reach the One string consistency, check with your fingers.
* Step 2
Pour it in a dry clean steel bowl and let it cool (you can strain it but I don't), don't keep it in the Pan, or else it will thicken further due to the residue heat of the pan and may reach one thread consistency. Once it cools, pour it into a glass bottle. Your Saffron Sherbet Syrup is ready.
To serve add 50 ml in a glass and add 200-240 ml water and mix well and Serve chilled or at room temperature.
