Healthy Makhana ladoo

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make the jaggery syrup, heat a deep non-stick pan. Add jaggery and 1 cup water and mix well. Cook till the jaggery melts and the mixture reaches one string constituency.
* Step 2
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
* Step 3
Add makhana and dry roast till crisp. Transfer this on a plate
* Step 4
Heat remaining in the same pan. Add peanuts, cashew nuts, Pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and dry coconut and roast for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 5
Transfer the roasted mixture on to the same plate.
* Step 6
Put the roasted mixture along with the makhana in mixture and grind to a fine powder. transfer this powder into a large bowl.
* Step 7
Hit the same non-stick Pan add remaining dried coconut, black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds and roast till fragrant.
* Step 8
Transfer the sesame mixture into the ground mixture, add green cardamom powder and add the cooled jaggery syrup and mix until the mixture comes together.
* Step 9
Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a ball/laddoo. Serve as required.
