besan

chat masala

1/2 tsp

Carom seeds

as needed

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl mesh the boiled potatoes

In another bowl add flour, meshed potatoes,curd,2-3 tsp oil, garlic paste and all the dry masala

Add water and knead the dough and keep aside for 10 mins

Take a tawa add oil and roast the paratha from both the sides till brown

Serve hot with chutney 😋 ☕ Tea
