Ingredient

Cooking time :

15-20 minutes
3/4 cup

Ghee

1/4 cup

Mawa grated

1 cup

Milk

1/2 cup

milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crush walnuts coarsely heat ghee in a pan add walnuts powder and saute till fragrant

Add khoya (mawa) and mix and continue to saute add milk powder and mix well and continue to saute

Add milk and mix

Add and mix add green cardamom powder, coconut powder, mixed dry fruit,and sugar and mix well and cook on medium heat till the mixture thickens to halwa consistency
