Food ration :

Cooking time :

1 litre

milk

1/4 cup

sugar

As required

Almonds chopped

As required

Cashews chopped

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat thick milk.Stir occasionally to a boil on a medium flame.

* Step 2

A layer of cream is formed over the milk, on the sides of vessel. Collect it and boil further.

* Step 3

Repeat the process for at least 5 times or till milk reduces to one-third.

* Step 4

Now add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron.

* Step 5

Boil it further and transfer to a bowl and keep it at room temperature.

* Step 6

Now garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve it.
