Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take water in a kadai add jeera and Hing.

When it started boiling add rice flour and salt. Keep stirring to avoid lumps. Cook for 5 minutes

Serve in a bowl garnish with oil and red chilli powder.serve hot.
