Paneer and yam in mustard gravy
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and boil yam with half teaspoon of salt for 10 minutes drain the water and keep it aside.
* Step 2
Grind mustard, jeera, Dhaniya, Ginger, red whole Chilli. To a fine paste
* Step 3
Take oil in kadai add green chillies,Pinch of Hing and half teaspoon of Methi.
* Step 4
Then add boiled yam then pieces of paneer then mustard paste. After frying of 5 minutes add salt and turmeric powder. Then add red chilli powder and one glass of water allowed to boil for 20 minutes. Add drykeri boil for another 10 minutes.
