White matar

3 tablespoons

oil

1 tablespoon

besan / gram flour

accordingly to taste

Salt

1 teaspoon

haldi / turmeric

4 pods

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak white matar for 6 hours. Grind masala

* Step 2

Take cooker pour oil add chopped onion and curry leaves after 5 minutes of frying add soaked water.

* Step 3

After that add ground masala and all dried masala including salt. Fry for 10 minutes in low flame add required amount of water,matar and cook for two whistles. After removing the lead add besan mix well serve with Upma,Puri or dosa.
