Besan aur gond ke ladoo

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start by heating 1 tbsp ghee in a kadhai. Fry the gond in medium heat till they are light and transparent. It should get easily crushed so crush and keep aside. Next saute besan in ghee till you get a nice aroma. Add ghee gradually, add as much needed depending upon your preference. Switch off the heat. Next powder sugar and cardamoms together. Add the sugar powder into the besan.Mix well. It gets cooked in the heat else you can keep the heat very low. Next add the crushed gond. Mix all well.

Check whether it has reached ladoo binding texture, add ghee if needed. When you get the perfect consistency,let it cool down a bit. When you can easily handle it, take little little parts of the mixture and bind them into ladoos.
