Sweet Ragi Balls

#HFS Sweet finger millet balls are prepared with Oats and jaggery powder, other ingredients. It's delicious and healthy recipe. Just try out.

Ingredient

1/4 cup

regular Oats

2 Tbsp

rice flour

1/2 cup

fresh curd

1/2 cup

milk powder

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

Arrange and assemble the ingredients for preparation.

Make the ragi batter with ragi flour, oats, rice flour, curd and water. Make a thick batter and rest it for 30 minutes to get fermented.

Then add the jaggery powder, crushed ajwain seeds, ginger powder.

Grease the cavities of apam patra with ghee and pour batter in each cavity. Garnish with cashews and roasted chana daal. Cover and cook cook on low flame both the sides. Enjoy the sweet ragi balls. Thanks.
