Leafy vegetable Chana daal Cutlets

#HFS Sharing a special type of chana daal harvested during Makar Sankranti in Nayagarh, Odisha. The cutlets prepared out of the leafy vegetables are unique in taste and flavours.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean, wash and dry chana saag after removing water. Chop very finely. This brings to taste and aroma.

Mix grated potato, onion and chopped green chillies.

Further add besan and rice flour. Mix well and prepare the cutlets/ chops.

* Step 4

Heat Tawa with cooking oil and fry bottle the sides of cutlets on medium to low flame till aromatic and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy, Thanks.
