Leafy vegetable Chana daal Cutlets

Sharing a special type of chana daal harvested during Makar Sankranti in Nayagarh, Odisha. The cutlets prepared out of the leafy vegetables are unique in taste and flavours.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean, wash and dry chana saag after removing water. Chop very finely. This brings to taste and aroma.
* Step 2
Mix grated potato, onion and chopped green chillies.
* Step 3
Further add besan and rice flour. Mix well and prepare the cutlets/ chops.
* Step 4
Heat Tawa with cooking oil and fry bottle the sides of cutlets on medium to low flame till aromatic and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy, Thanks.
