Red Poha Upma

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Assemble the ingredients. Wash the red poha to remove the impurities and keep in a colander to dry.
* Step 2
Heat oil and roast the peanuts and chopped potatoes. Set aside.
* Step 3
To the same oil add mustard seeds and allow to crackle. Add chopped onion, curry leaves, green chillies, urad daal, roast chana daal and hing and saute on low flame till aromatic and
* Step 4
Then add grated ginger and saute some seconds. Add the washed red poha and mix well with masala veggies. Also add salt and turmeric powder as well as roasted cumin seeds powder and lemon juice.
* Step 5
Switch off the flame. Serve hot delicious red. poha upma, garnished with green coriander leaves.
