#ORS #FoodTalking Paripp curry is traditional Dal recipe of Kerala, prepared during celebration of Onam. It's very delicious too and goes well with steamed rice.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes

Salt

1 Tbsp

coconut oil

1/4 cup

coconut

1/2 Tsp

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the dal for 3 minutes. Make the coconut paste as per the given ingredients.

* Step 2

Soak the dal and then pressure cook with salt and turmeric powder. Mix coconut paste with the cooked dal and mash.

Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, red chili, and curry leaves. Temper Parippu curries and Serve with steamed rice.
