Wheat flour /Atta Cheela

#YCR #FoodTalking Atta Cheela is easy to prepare with some spices and veggies. This recipe can be prepared in different ways. It's nice and tasty. I have used some spices,curd and veggies to bring delicious Atta Cheela and served with Aloo , matar/Potato, Green peas curry.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings

Cooking time :

1 hour
1.5 cup

wheat flour

1/4 cup

curd

1 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

turmeric

as required

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, turmeric and curd and mix well.

Further, add a little amount of water and mix it well again add more water and make a smooth batter.

Take prepared batter and spread it on hot skillet.

* Step 4

Add oil and cook for a minute on medium heat flip it and cook on the other side. Now apply oil on both sides, press and cook it until it is cooked

Tasty Atta cheela is ready and serve with green peas curry.
