Bottlegourd and Chickpea Lentil Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak dals. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add ponch phutan and let them crackle.
* Step 2
Mix chopped onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till rawness is gone.
* Step 3
Mix green chilli and tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy.
* Step 4
Add all dry masala including salt and turmeric.
* Step 5
Cook on low heat till oil separate from masala. Mix the small chunks of lauki, cover and cook till the lauki soften.
* Step 6
Mix lauki with boiled dal, adjust the seasoning and allow to boil.
