Thin Crust Veg Pan Pizza/No Oven/No Yeast
Now-a-days Pizza is very popular in India for celebrating any occasion. Children are so fond of pizza and demand for their birthday parties. I made thin crust, healthy , cheesy ,no oven pizza, loaded with veggies, It is packed with homemade pizza sauce for crust. I made this heathy crust pizzas for our family dinner. This yeild two large pizzas.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make pizza dough, mix the flours and other ingredients to form a crumb-like texture. Add warm water and make a soft dough(see photos)
* Step 2
Rest the pizza dough in a kitchen cupboard for 30 minutes.
* Step 3
Mix the Italian seasonings, salt, jalapeño, crushed black pepper, and red chili flakes with the chopped pizza Topping veggies.
* Step 4
Roll out thin crusts for pizza, prick with fork to release air bubbles, and roast in hot pan like rotis. Set aside.
* Step 5
Take a thin pizza crust(roti). Spread the pizza sauce evenly.
Place the grated cheers on the pizza base/crust
* Step 6
Then spread the veggies with seasonings. Spread the chopped olives too.
* Step 7
Lastly, add lots of grated pizza cheese on the top. Cover the pan and roast the veg pizza on a gas stove with low to medium heat. Transfer to a wide serving plate.
* Step 8
Delicious, mouthwatering, flavored veggie Pan Pizza is ready to Serve. Garnish with some more pizza seasoning and enjoy.
