Cauliflower, Potato Dry Subzi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and fry cauliflower florets and boiled potatoes chunks in bathes with turmeric and salt. When they are cooked nearly half, bring them to plate and set aside.

* Step 2

Heat rest of the mustard oil and add mustard and cumin seeds. Allow to crackle.

* Step 3

Then mix chopped onions and saute till light brown. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till rawness is gone.

* Step 4

Mix chopped tomatoes, green chilli, red chilli powder,cumin-coriander powder, rest salt and turmeric. Mix well and saute on low flame till oil separate from masala and tomatoes become mushy.

* Step 5

Now mix garam masala and half fried cauliflower and boiled potato chunks.

* Step 6

Mix well veggies and masala, cover and cook on low flame till veggies are done the way you like. The Cauliflower and Potato dry subzi is ready to serve.
