Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind the soaked urad dal and methi, with little water to a thick batter. Cover and set aside for fermentation (as per the temperature condition of the place).
* Step 2
Whisk the batter till fluffy. Add rice flour and rest other ingredients. Mix well.
* Step 3
Take a ladle of batter and make vadas. Deep fry in the hot oil on medium flame.
* Step 4
Serve hot as such or with Sambar and enjoy.
