Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
* Step 2
Mix both the dals, curry leaves, and hing. Saute for a few seconds.
* Step 3
Mix onion and ginger, green chilies, and peanuts and saute till onions are translucent.
* Step 4
Add cauliflower florets, turmeric, and salt. Mix well. Mix chopped beetroots and green peas, saute till everything is cooked.
* Step 5
Add water and bring to boil. Slow down the flame. Add the roasted sooji a little at a time, stirring constantly to avoid lumps formations.
* Step 6
The delicious vegetables Upma is ready, serve garnishing with green coriander.
