Mixed Veg cheesy Oats Momos

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make the the stuffing heat oil in wok. Fry the ground ginger-garlic for a minute on low to medium flame.
* Step 2
Mix chopped green chilli and veggies.(strain water from cabbage before cooking). Cook the masala, veggies till all moisture evaporate.
* Step 3
Add cheese and chopped coriander. Mix well on low flame.
* Step 4
Switch off the flame. Add salt and Italian seasoning and mix well. Set aside.
* Step 5
With little water at a time make the dough. Rest for 10 minutes. Make small balls.
* Step 6
Roll out like pooris. Stuff the cooked masala and make the momo dumplings.
* Step 7
Stem them in a steamer /idli maker for 8 to 10 minutes.
* Step 8
Serve hot the delicious and heathy veg momos with chutney.
