Creamy and Spicy Spinach Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash spinach leaves 2-3 times. Further, wash garlic cloves and green chilli (not so fiery)
* Step 2
Boil enough water vigorously in a large pot.
* Step 3
Blanch spinach leaves, garlic cloves and green chilli for two minutes or till the colour of spinach change to bright green.
* Step 4
Wash the blanched ingredients in cold water. Discard the water.
* Step 5
Grind the spinach stuff to fine paste.
* Step 6
Heat butter in a pan and fry powdered oats on low flame,till colour change.
* Step 7
Add the milk and mix well, carefully avoiding formation of lumps. Add salt and a pinch of pepper.
* Step 8
Add spinach paste and mix well with milk.
* Step 10
Switch off the flame and mix the fresh cream.
* Step 11
Serve hot in bowls, garnished with boiled corn and pinch of ground black pepper.
