Corn Cutlet

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take chopped potatoes and washed corn in pressure cooker and boil them.
* Step 2
Mash the boiled potatoes, when cool down. Coarse grind the boiled corn.
* Step 3
In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients, except the cooking oil.
* Step 4
Mix very well and make corn cutlets, giving desirable shapes
* Step 5
Heat oil in a wok. Shallow fry the corn cutlets, from both the sides, till golden brown,on low to medium,flame.
* Step 6
Soak extra oil of cutlets, if any on paper towels. Serve and savour with yummy chana dal chtney (no onion, garlic)
