Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take chopped potatoes and washed corn in pressure cooker and boil them.

* Step 2

Mash the boiled potatoes, when cool down. Coarse grind the boiled corn.

* Step 3

In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients, except the cooking oil.

* Step 4

Mix very well and make corn cutlets, giving desirable shapes

* Step 5

Heat oil in a wok. Shallow fry the corn cutlets, from both the sides, till golden brown,on low to medium,flame.

Soak extra oil of cutlets, if any on paper towels. Serve and savour with yummy chana dal chtney (no onion, garlic) Thanks
