Masala Poha

#5pm A delicious and healthy dish. Everyone loves to savour. Made wilt beans and carrots.

Jeera

1/3 tsp

urad dal

1/3 tsp

chana dal

1 pinch

asafoetida

to taste

Salt

As needed

Oil to Cook

1/2 tsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and clean poha and keep on a strainer.

Fry onions till translucent. Add chopped veggies like carrot and beans, chilli, tomatoes, ginger,salt, turmeric, sambar masala. Cook till done.

Now mix poha with the cooked masala well. Garnish with lemon juice and sev.
