Paneer Bhurji is a favorite dish of most vegetarians. It's very easy to prepare in less time. I have taken Carrot and Green Peas besides Green bell pepper. I have used Pav-Bhaji masala which enhanced the taste of this recipe. Adding of butter to this masala makes the Paneer Bhurji delicious and yummy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat cooking oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
* Step 2
Fry chopped onions in low medium flame till it becomes translucent.
* Step 3
Mix ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric and salt. Cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy.
* Step 4
Now add rest of the dry masala, butter and cook in low medium heat for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Mix the grated Paneer to masala. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Yummy and tasty Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve.

P.S. Don't overcook Paneer. As it is protein, overcooking make it rubbery and hard.
