Flax seed is grown since the beginning of civilization. It contains fibers , Omegas-3-fatty acids , Vitamin B1 ,B6 , nutrients like calcium , potassium , magnesium ,iron and phosphorus.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry the Alsi seeds in low flame. It splutter very quickly. Grind, giving pulse to the grinder.
* Step 2
Alsi has a lot of Omega fatty acids. So the seeds are oily when powdered.
* Step 3
Keep in an airtight container in refrigerator for future use.
* Step 4
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing jar and make chutney adjusting water.
* Step 5
Yummy Chutney is ready to serve with Breakfast or Main Course.
