Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a microwave safe bowl.

* Step 2

Put oil, mustard seeds, hing powder, chopped Onion, Curry leaves, both the dal in the bowl and cook in pre heated microwave for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add rest of the ingredients, mixing properly in the bowl.

* Step 4

Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.

* Step 5

Crispy and yummy friend Aloo is ready in less time.
