Tempered Besan (Gram Flour) ki Sabji

This sabji is very easy and can prepare in very less time. It is a solution when we are shortage of vegetables.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add buttermilk, gram flour. Mix it as no lumps. Add water and blend with hand blender so we don't get any lumps in the batter.
* Step 2
Now put a pan on medium flame add oil, mustard seeds. Get it crackled add asafoetida and red chilli powder.
* Step 3
Now add the gram flour batter. Add turmeric powder, salt.
* Step 4
Start stirring and mix all well. Stir continuously without lumps. Once the gram flour cooked the besan sabji is ready.
* Step 5
Serve in plate sprinkle some red chilli powder along with pickle and Bhakhari or Parathas.
