Papadvada
Ingredient
Food ration :
8 -10 papads
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice for 3 -4 hours.
* Step 2
Grind the rice in mixer into smooth paste.
* Step 3
Add all masalas. Mix well. Batter should be pouring like dosage batter.
* Step 4
Now take papad and sun dry them for 15 20 mins or take tawa. Roast them for half a min till it is stiff.
* Step 5
Now keep Kadai for frying. When it is hot dip the papad into it and fry them.
* Step 6
Turn the side in one min and fry the other side.
* Step 7
Remove it in a plate and same way fry all the papads.
* Step 8
Serve them hot with tea as evening snacks. While serving I have put little chat masala on it to give the taste.
