The fishmonger nearby gave me a big fish bone, as they had sold meat part, which is a perfect ingredient to make fish stock.

Ingredient

3 cloves

garlic

2 stalks

leek

2 teaspoons

paprika powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop garlic cloves and parsley. Put tomatoes into boiled water and leave two minuites to peel easily, then grate.

Pour olive oil onto pan and chopped garlic, stir a few minuites. When the smell comes out, add tomatoes and parsley, continue to stir, add salt and paprika powder.

Add fish stock, prepared separately, and leeks. Add vegetable stock cube here, too.

Add potatoes 10 min before eat, as it breaks the shape otherwise. When serve, you add more fresh chopped parsley.
