Korean Pancake - Chijimi, Pajeon, Buchimgae

Not sure how to call or write in English, but put it simple Korean pancake, or called Chijimi in Japan often, or Pajeon, Bunchimgae?!?!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut all vegetables into matchstick cut. Mix into the Korean pancake powder mixed with water.

* Step 2

Add Kimchi when pan fried, and many other ingredients as you like.

* Step 3

Mix all the ingredients in the sauce part, as simple as that. Look like the liquid on the top right corner of the image below.

Cut into smaller square, and pour the sauce. Enjoy!!
