Citrus Detox Water

#Immunity Consumption of citrus is imperative for having a strong immunity system and it's consumption in any and every form should be considered 🍋

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop orange into thin slices.

* Step 2

Chop grapefruit into thin slices. And roughly tear the mint leaves.

* Step 3

Take a jar of water and put the chopped citrus and mint leaves. Mix with a spoon and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour. Then consume all throughout the day.

Note: You can make detox water with anything you like. Cucumber, lemon and mint is a very common summer detox water combination.
