Ingredient

Chicken Breast, cleaned and cut to

soysauce

egg, beaten

1 tbsp

oyster sauce

2 tbsp

All purpose flour + 1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp

salt + 1tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp

paprika, optional

5 cloves

garlic, minced

1 cup

honey

whole lemon, squeeze

1 cup

water + 1 tbsp cornstarch, mix well

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and cut chicken Marinate for 15 mins

* Step 2

Coat marinated chicken with flour mixture, and fry until golden brown, set aside.

* Step 3

In a pan, sautè garlic with butter, until it turn brown, add honey and lemon juice

* Step 4

Add fried chicken to honey mixture, add 1 cup water with 1 tbsp cornstarch, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
