Honey garlic shrimps

This Honey Garlic Shrimp is undoubtedly a dinner favorite! Juicy shrimps are coated in a savoury-sweet n’ garlicky glaze. And the best part? It’s done in 20 minute which is extra quick, very simple, and delivers big flavour. The shrimp takes 5 minutes to cook on the stove, while the marinating takes another 15. You’ll have this unbelievably tasty and simple meal on your table in about 20 minutes.

Ingredient

1/3 cup

honey

1/4 cup

soy sauce

2 cloves

garlic, minced

2 tsp.

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic together in a medium bowl.

* Step 2

Place shrimp in a large container and pour 1/2 of the marinade/sauce mixture on top. Mix to coat then allow shrimp to marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Cover and refrigerate the rest of the marinade for later use.

* Step 4

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

* Step 5

Place shrimp in the skillet. (Discard used marinade.) and cook shrimp on one side until pink, about 45 seconds, then flip shrimp over.

* Step 6

Pour the remaining sauce into the pan and bring to a simmer. Stir together with the shrimp as it reduces.

* Step 7

Serve shrimp with cooked marinade sauce and a garnish of parsley flakes.
