Rabdi with Pomegranate seeds
It's been a while since I prepared Pomegranate Rabdi. It tastes delicious and is very easy to make. The pomegranate adds juicy crunch and amazing colour to the Rabdi and takes the dessert to the next level.
Rich in protein, vitamin A, B complex, zinc, vitamin C, The and lots of energy too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, add the milk to a heavy based pan or iron kadhai.Keep on low heat the boil.
* Step 2
Stir continuously and collect the cream formed on sides and mix in the milk. When it is reduced to 1/2 of its quantity, add the milk powder or grated mawa.
* Step 3
Whisk well. Add sugar, cardamom powder, nuts and saffron. Reduce for 10 more minutes.
* Step 4
Then take off from heat and cool to room temperature. Then mix the pomegranate pearls. Cover and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.
