Carrot and Tomato Uttappam
One of my favourite recipes, this is an ideal breakfast for all ages . Rich in protein, calcium, potassium,fiber, vitamin A, C and energy. Easy and very delicious 😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine all the vegetables. Then add salt and spices as per taste.
* Step 2
Add salt to the batter and stir well. Then heat a tawa. Lightly wipe with oil with a cut onion. Then pour 1 laddleful of batter. Spread it round like a thick dosa.
* Step 3
Now spread 1 tablespoon of prepared vegetable filling and press well. Pour ghee around the edges and also in the centre.
* Step 4
Cover and cook till base is golden. Then flip over and cook the top without letting it get brown.
* Step 5
Then transfer to a serving plate and serve with chutney, curd, pickle or butter. Enjoy!
